  90000 mile service: 2006 Frontier: seems they did almost everything that the owner’s manual said should be done. Got it back nice and clean - inside and out! Nice, personable service rep.(Taj)! Good communication along the way. I expect my truck to last a long time more now

He was calling to follow up with me about my service and when I mentioned that I was overcharged but didn't receive the credit on my rewards account like he said I would, he not only gave the promised amount, he went over and above and added enough that my next oil change is on the house. He was a very nice guy and very thorough with his customers.

  I Called and told Patrick that my car wouldn't start. He told me he'd send a tech see what the issue was. I was in row 10 in the Wal Mart parking lot. In twenty five minutes I looked up and Patrick was getting out of the car and coming to check on me. He got my car started and when we got back to the dealership checked out everything and fixed the issue had my car washed and everything. Not only that but since the covid-19 has been going on he has called and checked on me. He is an awesome service manager. And, a very nice person.

Other dealers could have let warranty expire and then the expense would have been mine. I would not have known the difference.   I just dropped off my Nissan versa for a recall..when they fixed the software update they let me know my axle was leaking it was under warranty as well..so they are fixing it as we speak..thank you to all the Nissan employees there..awesome service and they answered all my car questions. Mario Gutierrez helped me with everything.. I will recommend Nissan dealership to all my friends..what a pleasant experience..

  Excellent service. We went in for a simple first time oil change, and were treated like welcomed guests. The gentleman who helped us when we first came in was friendly and very helpful. Price seemed reasonable. We waited in a nice waiting area, with television, coffee and free snacks and soup. It took about an hour and a half, which is a bit longer than my Honda dealer takes, but everyone was so nice, we didn't mind the wait. My van was even washed and carefully vacuumed on the inside as a courtesy. I will definitely return and recommend others come here. Thanks, Nissan!
